Create a student account and complete your profile with city, home area, university, and campus. Use the trip search on the homepage or in your dashboard: pick your route, select university days and departure times, then choose an available trip and confirm. You receive a booking confirmation and QR boarding pass immediately.
Payment options depend on what the operator enables. Most routes support cash with the driver at boarding. Wallet and ride packages let you pay in advance from your account balance. Online methods (Whish Money, Sofort Pay) are rolling out and appear when enabled by the operator.
After booking you get a personal QR boarding pass in the app. Show it to the driver when you board — they scan it to confirm your seat and mark payment if you pay cash. This keeps boarding fast, accurate, and secure for everyone on the bus.
Yes. In the search wizard choose "Month / uni days" and select all your university days in one go. Set the same departure time for all days or adjust each day individually. Confirm once to book every selected trip — ideal for weekly schedules.
Cancel free up to 2 hours before departure — your seat is released for other students. Late cancellations keep your seat blocked with no refund. Wallet or package payments are refunded according to operator rules when you cancel within the free window.
A no-show happens when you booked a seat but did not board and the driver completed the trip without you. After 3 no-shows, new bookings may be blocked until the operator reviews your account. Cancel in time if your plans change to avoid a no-show.
Check that your profile city, home area, and campus match where you actually travel from. Try nearby dates or different departure times. If your route is new, the operator may still be scheduling trips — check back or contact support.
Apply on the homepage with your vehicle and contact details. The operator reviews every application before approval — you cannot log in or accept trips until approved. Once active, you see assigned trips, scan student QR codes, and track earnings in the driver dashboard.
Add your correct city, home pickup area, university, and campus. These fields power trip matching — wrong or incomplete details are the most common reason for empty search results. You can update your profile anytime from the student dashboard.
Top up your wallet in the app, then select wallet at booking — the fare is deducted automatically. Ride packages bundle multiple trips at a better rate; when you book with a package, one ride is deducted from your remaining balance until the package is used up.
Each student needs their own account because bookings are tied to your personal QR pass and profile. Parents or family can help you register, but every boarding must match the student who holds the booking.
Open Support in the student dashboard to submit a complaint or question. Describe what happened — route, date, and booking reference if you have it. The operator reviews cases through the platform and follows up via in-app notifications.
